Moshi

Only the tiniest, finest whole leaf lightly rolled with great style. These leaves brew to open up the young leaves in their green glory; beautiful to behold. Moshi has a soft green gold colour with and the unmistakable grassy, sweet and lightly floral notes of great quality green tea.

How to prepare:

• 1 tablespoons of tea (3g) / 230 ml water
• Use 100°C water
• Steep for 3-5 mins
• A great finish to a meal, or as an accompaniment to sweet cakes and treats
